Haznaka Privacy Policy

Haznaka is an emergency alert and response app for organized local security and emergency-response groups. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.
Information We Collect
The app may collect your name, email address, display name, group memberships, admin roles, alert sending permissions, device model, app version, push notification token, notification readiness status, alert messages, image attachments, voice-message attachments, response status, and response time.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate users, manage groups, deliver emergency alerts, display response status to authorized group members, troubleshoot notification delivery, and improve reliability of the service.
Media Attachments
If you attach an image or record a voice message, that content is uploaded and stored so members of the relevant group can view or hear it as part of the alert.
Notifications
The app uses push notification tokens to deliver group alerts. Critical Alerts may be used for operational emergency alerts where the user and platform permissions allow it. Critical Alerts are not used for advertising or marketing.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firestore, Realtime Database, Firebase Storage, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Apple Push Notification service. These services process data needed to provide authentication, storage, and notification delivery.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Alert data and response status are shared only with relevant group members and admins as part of the app functionality, and with service providers needed to operate the app.
Retention
Group membership, alert history, response status, and diagnostic records may be retained while needed for group operations, audit, troubleshooting, or support. Group admins may remove members and groups from within the app.
Children
The app is intended for organized groups and is not directed to children under 13.
